Another Busy Month At Big Front Door

I'm ashamed to have left the site blog untouched over the past four weeks, but pleased that the reason behind the lack of updates is that I'm continuing to beaver away in the studio on a number of simultaneous design projects. The range of sites I work on continues to drive my enthusiasm as it's always interesting for me to cover new areas and to learn about new businesses and industries.

One project that did go live last month was another of our wedding "micro-sites" which was put together for Mark and Alex Jones who were married in Horwich, just outside Bolton on 26th September. This was a follow on from the same style created for Kenny and Beverley Train in the previous month.

These websites are technically simple to put together, and whilst I am sure that many wedding photographers these days already offer this type of online album I think there is a good opportunity to launch the wedding service as a fixed price "package" and intend to do that in the next couple of weeks.

Abercorn Heating Website Goes Live

We have today completed our development of a new "Clean Green Heating" website refresh for Scottish firm Abercorn Heating.

The company, which specialises in heating and cooling solutions for commercial and industrial applications, came to us looking for a new brand and a complete overhaul of a tidy but out-dated existing website.

We delivered a completely new logo for the business, working in partnership with our client and our talented team of designers, the result of which will now adorn a new fleet of vehicles being delivered to the business in time for the busy Winter season.

Having agreed the new theme we then crafted a complimentary sleek and fresh website which delivers the key goals of the business to prospective and existing customers alike.

The site has just over 50 products listed in a dozen or so categories and includes a neat two level drop down navigation system.
