We required a revamp to our existing website. BFD ensure the servers are healthy with pro-active support. They also assist with the maintenance, updating and development of our websites and are always happy to assist with out demands with clear communication of options and recommendations.
In addition, over the last 12 months they’ve moved the European site to new hardware; the process was well planned, resulting in no downtime and removed the risk of running on old hardware whilst at the same time increasing processing power and server capacity. Going forward we are looking to repeat the same process for our US based hosting.
I gave Big Front Door a fairly well-defined brief, but with some areas where I hadn't yet decided what to do. BFD delivered exactly what I expected and worked with me to refine the other areas to my satisfaction.
